Acceptance
By accessing or using aV-Lab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must use a valid Google account and have authorization to manage the YouTube channels you connect. You agree not to use aV-Lab for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
Service Description
aV-Lab assembles videos from event data and uploads/schedules them to YouTube using your granted permissions. We may update or discontinue features at any time.
User Content & Responsibilities
- You retain ownership of your content.
- You must have all necessary rights to upload and publish content.
- You will not use aV-Lab to violate YouTube’s Terms, copyright laws, or anti-spam policies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security issues, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and revoke access in your Google Account.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
aV-Lab is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including actions by YouTube, API quota limits, or service outages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Venue and jurisdiction will be determined by the company’s principal place of business.
