Introduction
aV-Lab is an internal tool used to assemble short-form videos from event data and manage uploads to YouTube channels you authorize. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
- Google account identifiers and channel information provided via OAuth.
- Video assets and metadata needed for uploads (titles, descriptions, tags).
- Operational logs and analytics necessary to ensure reliability and security.
We do not collect your Google password or sensitive personal data.
How We Use Information
We use Google data solely to upload videos to the channels you select, manage video metadata, schedule publishing, and display operational status in the admin UI. We do not sell data.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties except service providers essential to our operations (e.g., Google APIs, AWS hosting). These providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
Storage & Security
- Video assets are stored in AWS S3 with access controls.
- OAuth refresh tokens are stored securely on our servers and encrypted at rest.
- Logs may be anonymized and retained for troubleshooting.
Your Choices
- You can revoke aV-Lab’s access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
- To request deletion of stored data or tokens, contact us at user.one@etickets.com.
Google API Services Disclosure
aV-Lab’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
