Introduction

aV-Lab is an internal tool used to assemble short-form videos from event data and manage uploads to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram accounts you authorize. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Google account identifiers and YouTube channel information provided via OAuth.
• TikTok account identifiers and creator information provided via OAuth.
• Instagram account identifiers and profile information provided via Meta OAuth.
• Video assets and metadata needed for uploads (titles, descriptions, tags, captions).
• Operational logs and analytics necessary to ensure reliability and security.

We do not collect your passwords or sensitive personal data from any platform.

How We Use Information

We use your social media account data solely to upload videos to the accounts you select, manage video metadata, schedule publishing, and display operational status in the admin UI. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except service providers essential to our operations (e.g., Google APIs, TikTok APIs, Meta APIs, AWS hosting). These providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

Storage & Security

• Video assets are stored in AWS S3 with access controls.
• OAuth refresh tokens are stored securely on our servers and encrypted at rest.
• Logs may be anonymized and retained for troubleshooting.

Your Choices

• You can revoke aV-Lab's access at any time through your Google Account permissions, TikTok app settings, or Meta account settings.
• To request deletion of stored data or tokens, contact us at user.one@etickets.com.

Platform API Services Disclosure

aV-Lab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of TikTok and Meta APIs complies with their respective platform policies and data protection requirements.
